Bring in the spreadsheet
Choose social-media-import.json. Each client is matched to an existing project by name; one with no project yet is added with photography off, so Natalia and Rosie do not see it. Notes, drafts and statuses come across. Running it twice does not duplicate anything.

Project name
Main photography contact — optional
Not needed to create the project — it can be added later, and the tracker will ask for it.
Project director
Project manager
Designer
Finish date on site
Graphics team owner — optional
Left unassigned, the project goes on the graphic design manager's list until someone takes it.
The client is added as a project with photography off. It shows on the photography side only once someone starts photography for it. Only the name is needed now.
